What are the AllGreenFriends ESG Excellence Awards?

The AllGreenFriends ESG Excellence Awards celebrate Italian excellence in Communications and Public Relations, with a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility.

It is important to carefully read the descriptions of each category on the official website and select the one that best matches your project.

Eligible projects must have been operationally implemented in the application year (or initiated up to three years earlier) and do not have to end in the year of application. Eligible projects must also demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting sustainability through communication.

Applications must be submitted in English and contain a general overview of the project, its objectives, strategies, and the measurable results required by the form.

No, the application is entirely free of charge.

You can upload written documents, pictures, videos, campaign materials or other documentation. Make sure that all materials help the judges to understand the project better.

Applications are open until April 30, 2025, at 11 p.m. (CET). Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

An international panel of industry experts with experience in Public Relations and sustainable communication will evaluate the projects based on defined criteria.

Projects will be judged on strategic planning, execution, creativity, measurable results and adherence to ethical standards.

The award ceremony will be held in Rome on September 24, 2025. All finalists will be invited to attend.

The winners will receive an official prize, while the finalists will receive a unique stamp for their projects.
